FinMoat is software. Nothing is shipped.
What you buy
A FinMoat Pro licence: a licence key that unlocks Pro features in the FinMoat web app for a fixed term (see the plans on the purchase page). There is no physical product and no shipping charge.
How and when it is delivered
- Instantly, on screen. As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the purchase page shows your licence key. Copy it and paste it into the app (sidebar → Settings → Licence key → Activate).
- Razorpay emails you a payment receipt with your payment ID. With that ID and your checkout email you can get the key again at any time at the restore page.
- The app itself is at finmoat.pages.dev and runs in your web browser; there is nothing to download or install.
If the key doesn't appear
If you paid but saw no key (for example, the page was closed during payment), use the restore page, or email privacyfinanceapp@gmail.com with your payment ID. We reply within 2 working days. If we can't deliver a working key, you get a full refund — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
